OUR POLICY

Unworn Suus and third party products can be returned for store credit or exchanged subject to stock availability or refunded in full using the same payment method you used to make your purchase  (excluding the shipping fee, customs duties and sales taxes if applicable) , up to 14 days after date of purchase, providing the item is in its original condition, with original tags still attached and proof of purchase. Any alterations/modifications to a product will void any warranty and you will not be entitled to an exchange, store credit or refund.

RETURNING ITEMS

When returning items back to us, please ensure that they are well packaged as any items damaged in shipping due to improper packaging can not be exchanged. You are required to cover the cost of shipping. Please note that refunds can take up to 14 business days to appear in your account. We will aim to process the refund the day the item arrives back to us.
